It’s Time for Yoga
Beginners Yoga: A slow paced class where the student is introduced to yoga. Students will learn beginner poses and yoga terminology.
Yin-Yoga: A slow paced class where poses are held for 2-5 minutes. This practice applies moderate stress to connective tissues with the aim of increasing circulations in the joints and improving flexibility.
Vinyasa Yoga: A moderate paced flowing class where breath is linked to movement This class is cleansing and heat building.
Restorative Yoga: A slow paced class that seeks to achieve physical, mental, and emotional relaxation with the aid of props. Poses are held 5-10 minutes.
Vision Boards: A goal setting event where you create a visualization of your goals
Empowerment Talks: A goal setting event where the host will introduce topics for you and your friends to discuss
